At wars end in 1918-9 JFC was peace-keeping & rebuilding with the other Anzac troops in towns south of Charleroi in Belgium. 

We have now retraced his path from Anseremme & Dinant thru Denee & on towards transport to England & then beyond. This tribute is in the town of Gougnies, where the grateful Mayor & peoples celebrated the Aussies & sent them warmly on their way home.
